Definition

A letter grade (A, B, C, D, F) assigned to markets based on their overall investment potential. Grade A markets have the highest scores and best fundamentals.

Formula

A: 85-100, B: 70-84, C: 55-69, D: 40-54, F: Below 40

Example

Grade A markets typically have 2%+ population growth and strong job markets.
