Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Market data is updated quarterly. Historical trends show data from the past 5 years, allowing you to analyze long-term patterns in population, rents, and prices.
We aggregate data from the US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Zillow, Realtor.com, and various state and local government sources. Our AI synthesizes these into actionable metrics.
Our AI weighs 15+ factors including population growth, job growth, rent yields, vacancy rates, crime rates, landlord-friendliness, and property tax rates. The exact algorithm is proprietary, but we provide full transparency on what factors we consider.
City-level data provides the broadest overview. ZIP code data offers more granular insights within a city. Neighborhood data (where available) gives the most specific local conditions, ideal for pinpointing exact investment areas.
Deal Analyzer
Our calculations use standard investment formulas. The accuracy depends on the data you input. We recommend verifying expenses with local contractors and property managers for the most accurate projections.
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans let you save unlimited deals. Use the "Saved Deals" section to review and compare your analyzed properties side-by-side.
The BRRRR calculator (available on Professional+) helps you analyze Buy-Rehab-Rent-Refinance-Repeat strategies. It calculates your all-in costs, after-repair value, refinance amount, and cash left in the deal.
Account & Security
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never share your personal data with third parties without consent.
Enterprise users can export market data and deal analyses in CSV and PDF formats. Contact support for bulk data export requests.
